I would love to see this classic TV show from back in the 70's come to The Black Box Theater as a play. The name of the TV show was called Alice. Alice was a widowed mother with a teenage son, named Tommy. She worked as a waitress at Mel's Diner, a truck stop diner in Phoenix, Arizona who Mel was the diner's owner and cook. Mel also had Vera and Flo as the other two waitresses that worked at his diner. Flo had choice words for Mel when she would get mad at him and say, "Mel, kiss my grits." I would just love to see this one come to The Black Box Theater. It was such a comedy and full of laughter.

“There is no use trying,” said Alice; “one can’t believe impossible things.” “I dare say you haven’t had much practice,” said the Queen. “When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast”. – Lewis Carroll

I'm going to guess ... Pump Boys and Dinettes ... Perhaps a bit of an insider's guess since I've seen the poster inside the Black Box :) .
Care to (without looking!) list the other posters in the BB lobby?
I like your poll but most plays produced in America today are a combination of comedy and drama.
The marquee loooooks great!
I would love to see this show again. Can you bring it back?
